Pip’s Miscast Loot
Handmade sets with slight cosmetic defects that do not affect the dice’s balance or playability. Still full of character — and completely ready for adventure.

HANDMADE RESIN DICE
Every set contains eight dice and is cast, sanded, polished and inspected by hand in our Hillerød workshop. You receive both a traditional and a crystal-shaped D6. No two sets are exactly alike — and that is part of the magic.

THE DICE CABINET

Handmade sets with slight cosmetic defects that do not affect the dice’s balance or playability. Still full of character — and completely ready for adventure.

Handmade resin dice created with a simpler pour-cast technique. A beautiful, game-ready set with colour, character and the small variations that make every set unique.

Handmade sets featuring two or more colours or more intricate techniques — such as multiple layers, special effects or more complex colour combinations.
RECENTLY FROM THE WORKSHOP

MADE BY US
We mix the colours and effects, cast the set, demould, sand, polish and ink the numbers. Finally, every die is rolled and inspected before it leaves our workshop.

YOUR IDEA, OUR WORKSHOP
We can help shape colours, themes, foil, shimmer and special details. We can also discuss oversized D20s, D%, chonk dice and unusual formats. Tell us about the character, campaign, gift or feeling — and we will explore what is possible.
CLEAR FROM THE START
Here you can see exactly what applies, depending on whether we are working with our existing moulds or developing something completely new for you.
Created using our regular eight-dice set designs and existing moulds. These commissions do not require new master models or moulds and may include:
This includes custom numbers, symbols, fonts or logos, new dice shapes, changed face layouts and other designs that cannot be produced using our existing moulds.
You approve the design, colours and agreed details before production begins. Major changes after that may cost extra or no longer be possible. We may suggest adjustments for readability, balance, resin flow, strength, demoulding and durability.
Small differences in colour, shimmer, pigment distribution and inclusion placement are natural parts of handmade resin casting. We work towards the approved look, but an identical colour or exact placement cannot always be guaranteed.
Materials may change in appearance, become permanently bonded to the resin or be impossible to recover without damage. Unused material will be returned. For sentimental, irreplaceable or unusual materials, we normally make a trial cast first using as little of the material as reasonably possible. The trial and preparation fee is normally 100 DKK and is confirmed in advance. Once the trial begins, the fee is non-refundable. If the trial succeeds, the full amount is credited towards the final price. If the result is unsuitable, we return unused material, refund any other amount paid and will not use more of the material without discussing the result with you first.
Unless otherwise agreed, all custom masters and production moulds created for a commission remain with Print & Play Family after the order is completed. We keep them so we can maintain quality control, replace moulds when they wear out and produce future repeat orders from the approved original design.
If you would prefer to keep the physical masters or production moulds yourself, this can be arranged for an additional fee. The price depends on the commission, the materials used and which items you would like to keep. We will confirm and agree the amount as part of your quote.
Please let us know before the order is completed if you would like to purchase the physical production materials. Purchase of the masters or moulds does not include transfer of the digital design files, intellectual property or commercial reproduction rights unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.
