WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

From a small detail to something truly personal

01

Colours for existing creations

Choose different colours or colour combinations for selected products and prints from our current range.

02

Names & personal details

Add a name or a special detail whenever the product's design and size make it possible.

03

Place names & table settings

Personalised names for dinner tables, parties, weddings and other events.

04

Keychains & other ideas

Personalised keychains and other custom requests. If you have something else in mind, you can always ask.

HOW IT WORKS

You bring the idea. We explore the magic.

Most changes to colour, size, names or small details can be made from our existing 3D models. If an idea requires an entirely new model or major structural changes, we treat it as a bespoke design project with a separate quote and production time.

01

Tell us about the idea

Send a description, inspiration, preferred colours, name or wording, quantity and any important date.

02

We explore the possibilities

We assess the design, explain what is possible and ask for any information we still need.

03

You approve the details

We agree on the final solution before we begin creating your order.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Terms for custom 3D-printed orders

These terms apply to customised and bespoke 3D-printed products. They explain the difference between adapting an existing model and developing a completely new design.

Customising an existing 3D model

We begin with a product or model that is already part of our work. This may include:

  • Different colours or colour combinations from our available selection
  • Names, dates or short wording when the design allows
  • Size changes when strength, movement and function can be preserved
  • Place names, signs, keychains and personalised versions of existing products
  • Small practical or visual adjustments that do not require an entirely new model

New 3D models or major structural changes

Some ideas require new digital modelling work or a substantial redesign of an existing model. This may include:

  • An original model developed from a description, sketch or reference
  • Major changes to shape, construction or function
  • Custom parts, symbols or logos that you have permission to use
  • Prototypes, new moving parts or specialised assemblies
  • Other designs that cannot be created through a small adjustment to an existing model
  1. Quotes, deposits and project-specific costs
    • You receive a quote before we begin any chargeable design or production work.
    • The quote explains what is included, such as modelling, file preparation, materials, print time, assembly and finishing.
    • For larger or bespoke projects, we may require a deposit, normally up to 50% depending on the scope of the work.
    • The quote clearly identifies any amount that becomes non-refundable and when this happens, for example when agreed modelling work, project-specific material purchases or production begins.
    • Any additional work outside the approved quote is discussed with you before it is carried out.
  2. Design Approval

You approve the agreed solution, including names, wording, measurements, colours and other important details, before file preparation or printing begins. You are responsible for checking spelling and supplied information during approval. Changes requested after production begins may cost extra or may no longer be possible once printing is underway.

  3. What to expect from a 3D print

Layer lines, small joins, seams and marks from support material are natural parts of FDM printing and are not considered defects. Colours may also vary slightly between screens and filament batches. We choose print orientation and settings to provide the best practical balance of appearance, strength and function.

  4. Customer files, logos and usage rights

Files, logos, images and other materials you send us must be your own or something you have permission to use and have produced. We always assess whether a file can be printed safely and reliably. File repair, modification or additional preparation may cost extra and will be agreed in advance. We may decline work when usage rights are unclear or when a design cannot be produced responsibly.

  5. Production time, function and payment
    • Production times are estimates rather than guarantees.
    • Tell us about any fixed deadline before confirming the order.
    • We may recommend changes for printability, readability, wall thickness, moving parts, fit, structural strength and durability.
    • The final price may change if you request changes to the approved design, size, material or quantity.
    • Final payment must be received before shipping or handover unless otherwise agreed.
    • By confirming a special order and paying any required deposit, you accept these terms.
